美国有哪几种签证？
一、移民签证(Immigrant Visas) 美国公民或永久居民为海外亲友申请入境签证，让被担保者可以来美定居。 二、非移民签证 (Non-immigrant Visas) 1.留学签证：F1， F2， M1， M2... 2.工作签证：H1B， H2B， H3， L1A/B， O， P， Q， TN， R...

三、临时工作签证Temporary Employment Visa 1.农业工人签证：A签证（Agri-worker），主要给在美国的农场里打工的外国劳工。需要雇主提供I-129表格和劳工证明。
2.季节性工人签证：C签证（Seasonal Worker）主要指在美国从事园艺工作的外国劳工，每年10月1日到次年3月31日之间可以申请 C签证进入美国。
3.交换访问学者签证：J1签证，包括学术访问学者签证(Academic Scholar)和研究交流学者签证 (Research Scholar)，一般来讲，这两种签证都是通过JSPS， NSF or Fulbright program等机构申请得来的。
